We started Defeco in June 2026 with a squeegee, a ute and one shopfront in Caroline Springs. Two weeks later we had regular clients. Two months later we were on contract across multiple Schnitz locations.

One clean at Schnitz Caroline Springs led to Schnitz Knoxfield, then the franchise contract. Demazzi in Essendon came from a walk-in. That is how we plan to keep growing: do the job properly, turn up on time, and let the windows do the talking.
We are owner-operated, which means the person quoting your job is the person cleaning it. No call centre, no subcontractors you have never met.

Hours and coverage
Early starts, weekend homes
Shopfront rounds can start before you open, by arrangement. Regular hours are 9am to 5pm Monday to Saturday and 12pm to 5pm on Sunday. We are based in the west and work from Truganina and Tarneit through to the CBD, with regular rounds out east and one-off jobs anywhere in metro Melbourne by arrangement.
