We are mobile and based in the west, working the corridor from Wyndham to the CBD, with regular rounds already running out east. For regular and general cleaning we are most often booked in Truganina, Tarneit, Hoppers Crossing, Werribee, Point Cook, Williams Landing, Laverton, Altona, Sunshine, Footscray and Yarraville. If your suburb is not on the list, ask: one-off jobs go anywhere in metro Melbourne.

Regular and general cleaning, answered

Do I get the same cleaner each time?

Yes. That is the whole point of a regular schedule. If your cleaner is sick or away we tell you first and send someone briefed on your checklist.

Weekly or fortnightly?

Families with kids or pets usually go weekly. Couples and apartments go fortnightly. Weekly gets 13 percent off the per-visit rate, fortnightly 8 percent.

What does a regular clean cost in Melbourne?

Our regular cleans work out at about $80 to $95 an hour. A two-bedroom apartment is usually 2 to 3 hours per visit, a three-bedroom house 3.5 to 4 hours, so most regular visits land between $180 and $360. The estimator works it out for your home.

Do I need to be home?

No. Most regular clients give us a key or a lockbox code. We are insured and police checked.

What if something is missed?

Tell us within 24 hours and we come back and fix it free. It rarely happens with a checklist, but that is the deal.
