What you send us

When you use the quote or contact form, we receive what you enter: your name, phone, email, suburb, property type, the service you want, how often and when you want it, how you prefer to be contacted, your message and any estimate shown. If you call or email us, we receive your number or address and what you tell us.

We use these details to reply to you and arrange the work. They reach us through the service providers that run this website's form, including an email confirmation sent to you.

Website analytics

This website uses Google Analytics to count visits, see which pages are read and how people found the site, and count when someone calls, emails or sends the form. Google Analytics uses cookies and receives technical details such as your device, browser and approximate location. It does not receive what you type into a form.

The analytics do not load if your browser sends a Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track signal. You can also opt out with the Google Analytics opt-out add-on. Google explains how it handles this data on its page about sites that use its services.
