End of lease cleaning in Melbourne, bond back or we come back

A bond-back clean to the standard property managers actually check against. Fixed price agreed before we start, oven and carpets on request, and if the agent flags anything on the checklist we return and fix it.

Questions

End-of-lease cleaning, answered

Is the bond-back guarantee real?

Yes. If your property manager flags anything from the standard exit checklist within 72 hours of the clean, we come back and fix it at no charge. Damage, wear and tear and items outside the checklist are not covered, and we tell you that up front.

Do I need to be there?

No. Most clients leave a key or a lockbox code. We send photos when the job is done and lock up behind us.

Does the price include carpet steam cleaning?

It is an optional extra so you only pay for it if your lease requires it. Add it in the estimator and it comes with a receipt to hand to the agent.

How much does an end of lease clean cost in Melbourne?

A one-bedroom apartment is around $450 to $525, a two-bedroom home $600 to $800 and a three-bedroom house $675 to $900, before carpet steam cleaning. The estimator gives you a range for your exact bedrooms and bathrooms.

How long does an end of lease clean take?

A one-bedroom apartment takes around 3 to 4 hours. A three-bedroom house with carpets is usually 6 to 8 hours with two cleaners.
